Rose joined us in November 2023 and is a Worcester native who has lived in the surrounding area since childhood. As Property Manager, she is our residents’ first point of contact, supporting them in any way she can. She manages maintenance requests, rent collection, and lease administration – receiving applications and lease renewals, as well as orchestrating move-ins and move-outs. She brings extensive experience in resident relations, with 15+ years of facilitating housing, providing direct support, and improving the quality of life for tenants throughout the many phases of the housing experience. As someone who is Bilingual in English and Spanish, she will be better able to assist and connect with our residents.
