Walter joined us in June 2023. He is responsible for the maintenance of WCG apartment units, buildings, and greenspaces to ensure they are operating at their best. He also manages all inspections, as well as move ins, and move outs. Walter has lived in Worcester his whole life and currently resides in Main South. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, making it easier to connect with both residents and vendors. His work experience includes maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, with a specialization in horticultural cultivation through maintaining growing systems and climates for plants.
